Clint Eastwood announces the end of his film career

Clint Eastwood, the Hollywood icon, is planning to end his long career in the film industry.
At 92 years old, acording too Discussingfilm, he has announced that the film "Cry Macho" will be his last work as a director. This will be the fortieth film directed by Eastwood during his film career.
According to the plot description, the legal thriller will tell the story of a juror who realizes during the trial that he unwittingly caused the death of a man, rather than the suspect. He faces a dilemma confess or try to manipulate other jurors to justify himself.
The lead role will be played by a young Hollywood star, but their name is not yet known.
Eastwood began his career in the film industry in 1955 and became famous for his starring role in the TV series "Rawhide" in 1959. In 1964, he starred in the first film of Sergio Leone's "Dollars Trilogy," which made him an international star. In 1971, he made his directorial debut with the film "Play Misty for Me."
Eastwood won his first Oscar for directing the film "Unforgiven" in 1993, which became a modern classic. In 2021, he appeared not only as a director but also in the lead role in the western "Cry Macho."
